The average sold price for a detached property in the area is £1,295,528.

There’s even an annual Crouch End Festival, the wonderfully independent ArtHouse Crouch End boutique cinema, and the Kings Head comedy venue for a larf and a half of an evening. Properties in Crouch End had an overall average price of £705,847 over the last year.
