The average sold price for a detached property in the area is £1,295,528.
Beautifully leafy, artsy, and welcoming neighbourhood in London’s borough of Haringey, known for its relaxed atmosphere, independent shops and restaurants, and good schools. There’s even an annual Crouch End Festival, the wonderfully independent ArtHouse Crouch End boutique cinema, and the Kings Head comedy venue for a larf and a half of an evening. Properties in Crouch End had an overall average price of £705,847 over the last year.
